Hello Voters,

As we look ahead to the next four years, I believe the people of Chatham-Kent should have a strong voice in determining where we focus our time, energy and resources.

There are important challenges in front of us. We need to create more opportunities for good local jobs and economic growth, address homelessness in a meaningful way that actually has a noticeable, measurable effect, and make sure the smaller communities across Chatham-Kent are not overlooked.

At the same time, we have to be mindful of affordability, responsible municipal spending, maintaining the infrastructure we already have, and the pressures facing families and businesses.

But these are not decisions that should be made by council alone. Mayor and council need to listen to the people they represent and understand what matters most in every community from Chatham to our rural and smaller communities.

I want to hear from residents about what you believe needs the most attention, what is working, what isn't, and where you think we should be putting our priorities.

What do you see as your priorities for Chatham-Kent over the next 4 years?
