Randy's work in labour taught him how to represent people, negotiate hard issues and find a path forward. Provincial experience taught him how policy and funding move between levels of government.
Twelve years as Mayor brought those lessons together—setting priorities with Council, working with administration and advocating for Chatham-Kent with public, private and community partners.
